I've finally taken the plunge and replaced my cast-iron skillet with a new stainless steel Zwilling pan. It's a professional-grade German-made pan, that is great, I should have made this switch much sooner. The daily maintenance of the cast iron was a real bottleneck in my routine. By calmly identifying and removing this obstacle, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my daily productivity. I cooked a typical stir-fried vegetable dish, but it dramatically improved the taste.
For the rest of the year, I'm committed to eliminating unproductive efforts and focusing on creating more time for the things that truly matter to me to make next year a year where I can dedicate more time to what's truly important.
