雛祭

Days with odd numbers lining up throughout the year are said to be prosperous days as the power of the ''yang’’ of the light.

At this point in time, I began decorating peach blossoms. As in Momotaro, a famous Japanese story that slays demons, peach blossoms ward off ill things in a house.

It is  also Hinamatsuri today, a day to celebrate girls.

With sake I bought the other day, place a round cup in a square box to symbolize that things have been resolved/settled like a circle ''enman'' is amiable, peaceful and harmonious.

That square saucer for sake is called 'masu'', indicating that it is becoming more and more masu-masu, growing is a positive development. Take a sip of sake overflowing from a cup that is full of gratitude for its meaning.

Today is a beautiful day, and it is the good day.
