Toraya

My new year's gift was Yokan Toraya, the Wagashi maker Toraya. It was established in Japan in the early 16th century, making it one of the oldest confectionary companies in the country.

Toraya's Yokan always has nice packages, so it's always worth it.

Those are this year's charm animals, a cow design, and those are cool New Years outfits. 

 My work had progressed well after taking it on. 

By the way, by other means I say that I just ingested about 3% protein for a day with Azuki beans, which are the material of those Yokan and the simple carbohydrates, which are disaccharides that easily raise blood sugar levels that could be handling my brain effectively, taken in with 1/10 carbohydrates out of a day, just the amount of 34g for medium-intensity training for me.　

It's a handy size also good.
